This is a display font for sure, but I do like what the designer has done with the blend up upper and lower case. Quite clever, and a cute face.
Metropolis is a digital typeface composed of different ornaments, whose combination creates the different weights making up this alphabet. Its forms evoke science fiction conceived by film imagery during the 20s and 30s of last century.
So I was reminded that I didn't post the last Fave Font For Friday on time so here it is. Backdated!http://t.
Clearly I'm going through a display font phase, but it's a cool font that could be used in a variety of settings. Bigger or course is going to be better with this one.
